FFW Corporation Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

WABASH, IN--(Marketwire - November 23, 2007) - FFW Corporation (OTCBB: FFWC) (11/21/2007 Close: $25.75), parent corporation of First Federal Savings Bank of Wabash, Indiana, has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable December 31, 2007 to shareholders of record on December 14, 2007. The dividend represents a 10.53% increase over the cash dividend of $0.19 paid the prior year's same quarter.

The book value of FFW Corporation stock was $21.46 per share as of October 31, 2007. The last reported trade of stock at the close of business on November 21, 2007 was $25.75 per share and the number of outstanding shares was 1,177,768 as of the same date. On October 31, 2007, the corporation had assets of $292.4 million and shareholders' equity of $25.3 million. First Federal continues to exceed all applicable regulatory capital requirements.
