FMII Announces Name Change, Symbol Change, and Reverse Split

WALL, NJ--(Marketwire - October 1, 2007) - FMII (PINKSHEETS: FMII), a premier provider of public charter and transportation services, announced effective today October 1, 2007 they have changed their name to Flight Management Intl Inc. With this name change, there is an accompanying symbol change to FMGM (PINKSHEETS: FMGM). There is also a one for 200 stock split that is effective today October 1, 2007.

The name change reflects the business the company has become. We are growing our Air Charter Brokerage operations. And the Charter Management continues to grow. We are excited about our prospects and will give further updates of our business in days to come.
