OKLAHOMA CITY, OK--(Marketwire - March 30, 2010) -  On March 26, 2010, a class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois against Addus HomeCare Corp. (NASDAQ: ADUS). The complaint alleges violations of federal securities laws, specifically Sections 11 and 15 of the Securities Exchange Act. The class includes those investors who purchased stock pursuant and/or traceable to the Company's false and/or misleading Registration Statement and Prospectus (collectively, the "Registration Statement") issued in connection with the Company's October 27, 2009 initial public offering (the "IPO" or the "Offering").
