FeedBurner Delivers Feeds and Ads for Major International Publications, Including Maxim, Men's Fitness

International Media Group Dennis Publishing Joins FeedBurner Ad Network, Manages Sophisticated Feed Program With Innovative Online Tools

CHICAGO, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 30, 2006 -- FeedBurner, the world's largest feed management provider, announced today that it is delivering RSS feeds for international media group Dennis Publishing. Dennis will also become part of FeedBurner's advertising network for strategic, targeted integration of ads into its feeds.

One of the world's leading independent publishers, Dennis Publishing has a portfolio of 17 vertical publications with a wide-reaching international circulation. Among its magazines serving the technology, lifestyle, motoring, and gaming audiences are Maxim, Men's Fitness, Computer Buyer, Poker Player and Auto Express. Each publication offers an online version with extensive downloadable print and video content, blogs and customizable feeds. Dennis Publishing is beginning its rollout of the FeedBurner service on its newly designed IT news/reviews web site, IT PRO, with other properties following soon.

"With the FeedBurner Ad Network, we can offer our advertisers the ultimate in market segmentation," said Barry Cronin, General Manager at Dennis Publishing. "Not only will our advertisers be able to deliver integrated, relevant advertising, but they will also be able to customize their campaigns by geography and demographic. This is a highly efficient use of marketing dollars, particularly for our advertisers with large international markets." Cronin added that the company's feed advertisers will have the ability to monitor their performance and activity metrics in real time using FeedBurner's advertising reporting platform.

Dennis Publishing is utilizing FeedFoundry, FeedBurner's commercial interface for managing feeds on an enterprise level and facilitating aggregation of statistics for analysis and reporting. In addition, Dennis will be using a custom version of FeedBurner's BrowserFriendly service, which provides feed subscribers with an easy-to-use HTML subscription page, customized with the Dennis look and feel. Finally, FeedBurner's FeedFlare service will give Dennis' subscribers the ability to share and respond to feeds, broadening the potential reach of each feed and promoting subscription growth.

"We see tremendous opportunity for commercial publishers deploying RSS feeds internationally," said Steve Olechowski, cofounder and chief operating officer at FeedBurner. "They will be able to grow, segment, and interact with their worldwide subscriber base to a degree that was completely unthinkable just a few years ago. We look forward to working with Dennis Publishing and its advertisers to deliver subscribers content and promotions that are pertinent, valuable, and engaging."
