FinRad to Become FinlogiK

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Sept. 10, 2009) - FinRad Inc. announced today that it is changing its name to FinlogiK Inc.

"Over the past 10 years, FinRad and its flagship product FinLogic have established a loyal customer base in Quebec. As we extend our reach into the Canadian and US market, we needed to re-brand our image to better illustrate our commitment to our flagship product. FinlogiK encompasses both the former name of the company and the name of our flagship trade management solution ", says Jean-Francois Sabourin, CEO.

FinlogiK is a full fledged Straight-Through Processing (STP) Trade and Portfolio Management System (TPMS) designed for the buy-side to support derivatives and securities transactions. FinlogiK's TPMS offers a superior return on investment to our clients by combining straight forward user interfaces, easy system configuration with the robustness of integrated workflow processes, full security, audit capability and powerful user-friendly reporting. FinlogiK's TPMS manages more than fifty types of financial instruments ranging from simple cash instrument (FX spot, money markets, bonds, equities) to complex derivatives (futures, options, swaps, TRS, CDS) in the following asset classes: FX, Fixed Income, Equity and Credit.

"Besides the change of name, the company remains: Same offices, same people, same passion!" says Jean-Francois Sabourin, CEO.
