WILLIAMSTOWN, NJ--(Marketwire - January 11, 2008) - First Bank (OTCBB: FRBA), the Williamstown area's newest full-service Bank, will soon have a new location. The bank announced today it has finalized a lease agreement on a commercial site at the intersection of Black Horse Pike and Lake Avenue in Williamstown. Construction on First Bank's main office will begin upon receipt of the required approvals, and completion is expected in early 2009.

"Since we opened last year, First Bank has been committed to providing the community with superior service and convenience, as well as outstanding rates," explained Carmine Catalana, Chairman of the Board of Directors for First Bank. "With our new site, centrally located and easily accessible from a variety of nearby towns, it will be easier than ever for members of the community to benefit from a relationship with First Bank."

First Bank opened in April of 2007 and is currently located in the Williamstown Shopping Center at 1229 South Black Horse Pike.
