Canada's Home Hardware Group to Launch CLEAN1™Nationally

BARRIE, ON--(Marketwire - January 14, 2008) - Winning Brands Corporation (PINKSHEETS: WNBD), (FRANKFURT: WMU) www.WinningBrands.ca reports that its CLEAN1™ brand of outdoor cleaner is being listed by Canada's well known Home Hardware chain -- a group of approximately 1,000 associated retailers located coast-to-coast. Home Hardware is a member of Alliance International LLC, the third-largest hardware and building materials partnership in North America. This alliance consolidates the purchasing power of industry giant Do It Best Corp. with Home Hardware Stores Ltd. The alliance distributes items to more than 5,400 retail members across North America.

CLEAN1™ is Winning Brands' eco-oriented solution for outdoor/indoor general purpose cleaning applications. CLEAN1™ is the follow-through product to the company's skin-friendly Winning Colours™ Stain Remover and KIND™ Laundry Products. CLEAN1™ is being positioned to become North America's leading outdoor general purpose cleaner, with indoor applications as well. In addition to household size packaging, CLEAN1™ will also be available in large commercial sizes, such as 20 litre (5 gallon) containers for convenience in the agricultural, commercial, industrial and military markets. Outdoor applications include vinyl siding, pool liners, patio furniture, sidewalks and walls, awnings, trucks and equipment, marine wash and more.

Lorne Kelly points out that the brand personality of Winning Brands products is defined by the fact that they can be reached for first in their category, rather than as a last resort.
