First Narrows Strengthens Board of Directors
Dr. Adrian Mann, Ph.D., Geology and MBA, Small Mine Management, Joins the Board
VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwire - September 25, 2007) - First Narrows Resources Corp. (TSX-V: UNO)
(PINKSHEETS: FNRWF) ("First Narrows" or the "Company") is pleased to
announce the appointment of Dr. Adrian Mann to the Company's Board of
Directors. As a member of the board, Dr. Mann will actively participate in
the development of the Company's advanced projects.
Dr. Mann brings years of small scale mine management and operational
experience to First Narrows. He will initially focus on the Susana D'Oro
and Chester projects. Dr. Mann is a graduate of London University (Ph.D.)
and the University of Witwatersrand (M.B.A.) with a specialization in the
economics and management of small operating mines.
From 1970 through to 1988, Dr. Mann held positions with Falcon Mines PLC,
followed by African Exploration Co. Ltd., providing technical, supervisory,
and operational management services for a number of mining operations,
including gold and tungsten mines. From 1989 to present, Dr. Mann has
consulted to the mining industry in North America, Central America, South
America, and Africa. Dr. Mann is a member of the board of Copper Fox Metals
Inc. and Planet Exploration Inc.
