Flightpath Presents "New York Social Media Roundtable: Social Media and the Travel Industry"

Agency Hosts Event Exploring Intersection of Digital Media and Travel

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - February 9, 2010) - Flightpath, a leading digital agency in New York City's Flatiron District, will delve into social media's role in the travel industry during this month's New York Social Media Roundtable event, "Social Media and the Travel Industry." The Roundtable is scheduled to take place on Travel Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at 6:30PM.

"Social Media and the Travel Industry" will explore how social networking tools are used by bloggers, agents and publicists to reach fans, clients and influencers online. The event will also examine the evolving role of digital content in sharing travel experiences, and will share techniques used by hotels and travel venues to reach potential visitors.
