Flutteroo Online Auctions Signs Up More Than 50,000 Customers

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - June 21, 2010) - After less than 9 months, flutteroo is delighted to announce that it has now signed up more than 50,000 customers to its online auctions website. Launched late last year, flutteroo's unique combination of offering Penny Auctions, Lowest Unique Bid Auctions and Buy It Now (price drop) Dutch Auctions is proving a real winner with customers who love not only its fabulous range of auction bargains, but the choice of different auctions to take part in. With some 10,000 auctions already closed, flutteroo is creating brand new winners every day, and customers just keep on coming back for more.

Flutteroo was set-up to stand out in the emerging pay per bid auctions category, with an unparalleled focus on the consumer, and hitting the 50,000 mark is testament to the success of this strategy. However, while a major milestone in itself for such a young company, this is just the start, as flutteroo plans to continue its expansion in the UK and is already eyeing the opportunities for it unique auctions site abroad too.

Dave Hobday, CEO flutteroo, commented: "This is a very important milestone, and confirms that our focus on giving customers a unique online auctions experience really is hitting the mark. Every day we now have hundreds of customers joining up, and our job is to ensure they all get the best possible auction experience. That's everything from customer service through to simple navigation, from launching new functions and features to getting winning items delivered to the customer as quickly as possible.

We are really excited about the new initiatives we have in the pipeline coming over the Summer months all designed to further differentiate flutteroo and keep us ahead of the game, and ensure we continue to delight our customers. We are especially pleased with our Lowest Unique Bid offering which is attracting more and more customers every day, and we are continually increasing the number of auctions on offer to keep up with demand. We have also got a few things coming soon that will take this auction and improve it even further for our players."

Flutteroo has plans for a number of major initiatives over the Summer months, and all of these will continue to cement it as one of the UK's leading auction websites providing bidders with the chance to grab everything from iPhones to iPads, Wiis to LCD TVs all at bargain prices.
