Fodor's Travel to Deploy Quigo's AdSonar

Quigo's Content-Targeted Ad Platform to Drive Traffic and Significant Revenues for One of the World's Most Respected Travel Information Providers

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 28, 2006 --Quigo (www.quigo.com), a pioneer and leading provider of targeted, pay-for-performance advertising, today announced that Fodor's Travel has signed an agreement to deploy a private label version of Quigo's AdSonar platform on Fodors.com. With AdSonar, Fodors.com will generate new revenue to its site through an auction-based, pay-per-click program featuring content-targeted sponsored links placed by performance marketing advertisers.

"More and more advertisers have expressed interest in making certain their messages appear in a contextually relevant environment," says Lauren Palmer, Director of New Business Development. "We chose Quigo because we are confident in their ability to monetize targeted audiences within the travel category, were impressed with their technology and back end optimization and because we believe that Quigo offers the best chance of driving the largest amount of revenue."

Unlike other blind ad networks where advertisers are uncertain of the specific sites or pages in which their ads will run, Fodors.com's pay-per-click program powered by Quigo's AdSonar will offer full transparency. Sponsored link advertisements will be available on the Fodors.com homepage with multiple targeting options available to advertisers including specific pages and section fronts, as well as hundreds of topics or keywords such as "airline tickets" or "hotels."

"We are pleased to welcome Fodors.com to the AdSonar family that includes other well recognized sites including PGATour.com, Scout.com, Golf Digest, ABC News, Fox News, Martha Stewart, Homestore.com, Lonely Planet, the New York Times, and USA Today," says Henry Vogel, Quigo's Chief Revenue Officer. "Fodors.com is the leader in full-service online travel information and we look forward to helping them generate new revenue via advertising relationship they will own."

Fodors.com (www.fodors.com) was launched in 1996 by Fodor's Travel.
