Former Pro Hockey Player and Businessman Stephane Quintal Joins Biotonix Advisory Committee

BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - May 6, 2010) - Biotonix (2010) Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BTX) ("Biotonix"), a leader in postural health and fitness, today announced that Stéphane Quintal, former professional hockey player and businessman, was appointed to its Advisory Committee. Mr. Quintal received 50,000 options at an exercise price of $1.15 and maturing on May 5, 2015. The Company also announced that following their appointments to the Board of Directors on April 21, 2010, Richard Blais, B.Sc., L.Ph., Co-owner and Administrator of groupe Brunet pharmacies, and Livia Masnaghetti, CA, Financial Advisor, Groupe Aeroplan, each received 70,000 options at an exercise price of $1.14 and maturing on April 21, 2020. They are members of the Board's Audit Committee which is chaired by Mrs. Masnaghetti.

About Stéphane Quintal

Stéphane Quintal had a fruitful hockey career, playing with teams such as the Boston Bruins, St-Louis Blues, Winnipeg Jets, Montreal Canadiens, Team Canada, New-York Rangers and Chicago Blackhawks. With over 1,000 games and the Jacques-Beauchamp trophy in 1997, he concluded his career in 2004 with the Montreal Canadiens. Having always been a firm believer in the value of good health and fitness, his second career led him to become shareholder and President of Mansfield Gyms, a growing Quebec network of fitness centers. Mr. Quintal is also part of the Synchro Golf organization, responsible for the Montreal Omnium, and is involved in charities such as Tour de Lance Armstrong, Le Phare- Enfants familles, Institut Nazareth et Louis-Braille, and the Fondation des Canadiens pour l'enfance.

About Richard Blais

Pharmacy graduate from Université Laval since 1977, Richard Blais is currently co-owner and manager of groupe Brunet pharmacies. In addition to overseeing pharmacy operations, he spends time training future generations by opening the doors of his business to pharmacy students. He is an experienced administrator having sat on the boards of the Ordre des pharmarciens du Québec, the professional liability insurance fund of the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec (FARPOPQ) and the Pointe Sainte-Foy Caisse Populaire Desjardins. Mr. Blais was also a member of the advisory board for the medicare chip card (MSSS project), ancestor of the electronic health record, and is a member since 2001 and VP of the board since 2006 of Diabétiques du Québec.
