"Franchise Wise" Goes Global!

SANTA BARBARA, CA--(Marketwire - November 13, 2007) - "All knowledge is universal".... and never has a truer word been said as Franchise Wise -- the definitive video resource for budding entrepreneurs -- gets set to cross the pond in 2008!

Following the well-trodden path of McDonalds, Subway and Mail Boxes, Etc., Hub Media is taking its successful Franchise Wise DVD to UK franchisors and will be distributing a European version through its relationship with the British Franchise Association during National Franchise Week in October of next year. The disc will also be cover-mounted on What Franchise magazine and distributed at the National Franchise Show in Birmingham.

Meanwhile in the US, the film, which highlights the Top 10 benefits of starting a franchise, is already promising to be a huge hit amongst US franchisors looking to extend their marketing reach to the new, would-be small business owner. The DVD will be included in Entrepreneur magazine's "Top 500 Franchises" issue; as well as being given out at franchise trade shows and colleges across the country. A link up is also planned with local Chambers of Commerce to further increase the distribution. Says Hub Media production director Gary Sugarman, "We are really excited by the quality of the corporations who are committing to the film. The strength of the finished version will be in its watchability and this will come from the variety of products and services covered."

Hub Media has already built a following in the custom publishing world for its work on the "National Giving Week" DVD for the Charities Aid Foundation, and the "Smile Month" DVD for the BDHF. Each project is developed from the company's offices in California and London and current clients include Oracle, Kodak, Oral B, Audi and Unilever.
