Franklin Awarded Commercialization License by Bolivian Authorities

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - August 24, 2010) -  Franklin Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FMNJ) (FRANKFURT: FMJ) is pleased to announce that they have been approved by Bolivia and received their Commercialization License for marketing (importing and exporting) minerals.

CEO William Petty, in his statement confirming today's announcement, said, "Franklin has for a long time worked to become a major exporter of Bolivia's mineral production.
