Free Energy International Inc. Signs Agreement with Patriot Disposal Inc.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 8, 2009) - Free Energy International Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FFX) is pleased to announce that an agreement has been executed with Patriot Disposal Inc. for their daily supply of up to 200 tons of municipal solid waste for the previously announced municipal recycling and biomass waste facility to be located in Prescott Valley, Arizona. The facility will utilize Free Energy's patented thermal superconductor technology to generate electricity into the Arizona Power Grid.

The project is a big win for the environment as it uses EnEco Industries Ltd. state of the art gasification technology to dispose of municipal waste and biomass with little or no emissions and recycles metal and glass that is contained in the municipal waste.

Initial engineering indicates that the facility can dispose of in excess of 200 tons of waste per day while creating 5 megawatts of electricity. Additional to this, Free Energy has developed technology that can use the excess heat to capture water from the air. This water is potable and can be used for irrigation or with minor secondary filtration for clean drinking water.

Free Energy is currently negotiating with a strategic partner to supply financing and operating expertise for the project.
