Fusion Garage Files Motion to Dismiss TechCrunch Lawsuit

SINGAPORE--(Marketwire - February 1, 2010) - Fusion Garage, the developer of the innovative and category-creating JooJoo Internet tablet, has filed a motion to dismiss the suit brought against the Company by Interserve, Inc. d.b.a TechCrunch and CrunchPad, Inc.

Fusion Garage, represented by San Francisco-based Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver and Hedges LLP, filed the motion for case number 09-cv-5812 JW in the United States District Court, Northern District of California, San Jose Division.
