FusionStorm Successfully Ends TIG Case

Business to Continue Double-Digit Growth

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - August 19, 2010) -  FusionStorm -- "Making Technology Work" -- a leading national provider of IT consulting, technology solutions and managed services, announced today that it successfully ended all of its various disputes with TIG. FusionStorm and TIG signed the settlement papers yesterday.

"This settlement closes the case, caps ours costs, gives us a predictable financial plan that meets TIG and FusionStorm's needs and ensures that we will continue to grow our business," said Dan Serpico, President of FusionStorm. "While this Judgment is a setback, our business remains strong and profitable, as evidenced by our 35% year-over-year growth."

"We appreciate TIG's responsiveness and cooperation to produce this settlement agreement. We can now refocus on our business, which has performed so well, in spite of this distraction," added Mr. Serpico. "Many of the unusual facts regarding our Tampa office's opening were unfortunate and unknown to us at the time. We are very thankful for the support of our vendors, distributors, and business partners and we look forward to continued profitability and growth for years to come."
