GC-Global Capital Corp. Announces Completion of a $525,000 Loan to Ben & Jerry's Canada

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 15, 2008) - GC-Global Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:GDE.A) ("Global Capital") is pleased to announce the completion of a secured bridge loan (the "Loan") in the principal amount of $525,000 to the Canadian franchise licensee of Ben & Jerry's ice cream products, Amazing Scoop Shop Company Inc. The six month Loan bears interest at 12% per annum, payable monthly and a bonus fee.
