GLOBALINX® Deploys BroadSoft's BroadWorks Platform for IP Voice, Video and Messaging

Migration From M6 to BroadWorks Will Enhance GLOBALINX's Service Offerings

ROCHESTER, NY and GAITHERSBURG, MD--(Marketwire - November 17, 2009) - GLOBALINX® and BroadSoft, Inc., the worldwide leader of VoIP applications to the telecommunications industry, today announced the addition of the BroadSoft® BroadWorks® VoIP application platform to GLOBALINX's network architecture. In an ongoing effort to bring additional features and services to its operations, GLOBALINX® will leverage BroadWorks to introduce new multimedia services, including video messaging, as well as further enhancements to its video calling capabilities to subscribers beginning in Q1 2010.

BroadWorks will work side-by-side and in conjunction with the existing GLOBALINX® M6 platform.
