GPS Industries Finalizes Advertising Contracts With Toyota and Tag Heuer

Major Brands Attracted To Company's Direct-to-the-Golfer Network

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 31, 2007) - GPS Industries, Inc. (GPSI) (OTCBB:GPSN) has finalized agreements with both Toyota and TAG Heuer to advertise on the Company's InforeMedia™ network. The network is comprised of leading golf facilities that utilize GPSI's patented Inforemer® Management System that incorporates high-resolution, 10.4-inch LCD panels in every golf cart.

Inforemer® is the most advanced solution of its kind, providing an enriched playing experience for golfers, a comprehensive suite of management tools for course operators, and direct-to-consumer ad placement on nearly 26,000 cart-mount screens reaching 9 million golfers in 2007. GPS Industries serves presently more than 340 leading golf facilities on five continents and owns the patent for position-based advertising on golf courses.

Toyota's advertising campaign, which features the new 2008 Toyota Highlander, capitalizes on the Inforemer system's unique ability to support full-motion video ads. TAG Heuer's campaign prominently features Tiger Woods, the #1 ranked golfer in the world. The campaign originated at Toronto's Angus Glen Golf Club, home of the 2007 Canadian Open. The two contracts have a monthly value of approximately twenty-three thousand dollars.

"This is just the tip of the iceberg," said GPSI President and CEO, Bob Silzer. "These companies, both category leaders, recognize the tremendous value of the targeted demographic our network delivers and the unique environment in which we reach that audience."

Continued Siilzer, "Our recent acquisition of UpLink has tripled the size of the audience we deliver and, as we continue to grow, many more advertisers will want to take advantage of our unique, direct-to-the-golfer network. This is why the advertising patent was critical to the UpLink deal. The media opportunity is very much the future of our business and these two contracts are just early validation of the business model we're building on."
