GPXS Acquires Galty Technologies -- Expanding BlackBerry Application Depth and Reach

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA and AMSTERDAM and LIMERICK, IRELAND -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 26, 2006 --GPXS™ Mobile Workstyle Solutions, Europe's fastest growing solution and support provider for Research In Motion's (RIM) BlackBerry®, and Galty Technologies, a Limerick, Ireland based developer of innovative BlackBerry applications, announced today that GPXS has agreed to acquire Galty Technologies for an undisclosed consideration of cash and GPXS stock. This acquisition unites two of Europe's most successful BlackBerry Alliance Partners.

The acquisition of Galty will expand the GPXS Condor Mobile Applications suite, its BlackBerry applications portfolio for enterprises. And, the addition of the Galty product development team will help GPXS accelerate product development to meet the growing demand for its mobile productivity products. Galty benefits from GPXS extensive market reach and sales power. Galty will act as GPXS Ireland and will continue to stay focussed on producing high value BlackBerry productivity applications.
