ANNAPOLIS, MD--(Marketwire - October 29, 2007) - G.S. "The CTB team is a natural fit with our firm. They are extremely professional and well respected by legislators, have vast state-wide business advocacy experience and live by high ethical standards," said Gregory Steve Proctor, president and CEO of G.S. Proctor & Associates. "Having served as a lobbyist in Annapolis for more than 22 years, Carolyn brings valuable experience that will enable us to effectively expand throughout the state."

For 16 of the past 22 years, CTB Government Relations has been ranked as the top woman-owned lobbying firm in Maryland. CTB advocates on behalf of its clients on the federal, state and local levels of government. Some of CTB's current clients include AAA Mid-Atlantic, Maryland Motorcoach Association, Maryland School Bus Contractors Association and the South Baltimore Business Alliance.

"We have put together a very special team to advocate for business interests in the upcoming special session of the Maryland legislature and for years to come," said Bonnett.
