GSA and ESET Renew and Expand at Glenborough's 610 W. Ash in San Diego

SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwire - October 28, 2009) - Glenborough, LLC, a San Mateo, CA real estate investment and management company specializing in office properties, is pleased to announce that two of its tenants have renewed and expanded their lease agreements at 610 W. Ash -- a nineteen-story, 177,000 square foot, Class "A," multi-tenant office building in San Diego, CA.

The United States Government General Services Administration extended their stay with a five-year lease renewal and expansion for 44,760 square feet of office space. Glenborough was represented by Pascal Aubry-Dumand of Cushman & Wakefield and Ron Miller of Cresa Partners. GSA represented itself.

ESET, LLC also signed a five-year lease renewal and expansion, occupying 38,371 square feet of office space -- the entire 18th through 20th floors of the building. Glenborough was represented by Pascal Aubry-Dumand and Matt Carlson of Cushman & Wakefield. ESET was represented by Craig Irving of Irving Hughes.

610 W. Ash provides tenants with outstanding views of San Diego Bay and Coronado Island from its terrazzo tiled lobby and entranceway, a seventh-floor terrace and on-site café.
