GT Nexus Names Cary Dittmann Vice President of Sales

Logistics Industry Veteran to Lead North American Sales Unit

ALAMEDA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 21, 2006 -- GT Nexus today announced the appointment of Cary R. Dittmann as Vice President of Sales. As the company's top North American sales executive, Dittmann will take charge of global sales planning and operations, strategic account development and customer acquisition strategies.

Prior to joining GT Nexus, Dittmann served as executive vice president of sales & marketing at Panalpina, one of the world's largest providers of logistics services, with $5.3 billion in revenue and more than 14,000 employees, operating in 80 countries worldwide. Dittmann has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience at logistics service providers and supply chain technology companies.

"Cary is a fantastic addition to our team," said Greg Johnsen, EVP of marketing and sales at GT Nexus. "He's got logistics industry experience, he knows supply chain technology and he has a track record of helping major importers and exporters improve their operations as they extend their supply chains around the world."

Through its on-demand global logistics portal, GT Nexus has made its mark on the global logistics industry by delivering measurable value to some of the biggest, most successful companies in the world. With customers like The Home Depot, Xerox, KMart and Weyerhaeuser, GT Nexus has emerged as the leader in the global logistics technology space.

"Throughout my career, I have seen an incredible amount of time and money wasted on trying to make technology work at global companies," Dittmann said. "GT Nexus has solved the global deployment problem by delivering an integrated network of service providers and software as an on-demand service, over the Web. For companies struggling with overseas sourcing, the GT Nexus portal is a very attractive, low risk option. I see tremendous growth with this company and I want to be part of it."

In addition to his executive role at Panalpina, Dittmann also previously held senior sales and marketing positions at Emery Worldwide, American Airlines, SupplyLinks, Circle International and Freight Desk Technologies.
