Game Ranked No. 1 on China's Largest Game Platform

(OTCBB: AMCG), an information technology company specializing in developing and operating multiplayer networked mobile phone games, today announces that Galaxy Software Limited's K-Java mobile phone game, "Journey to the West Online," ranked as the No. 1 game on Tencent, China's largest mobile phone platform (, for the month of November in terms of its concurrent online player number and revenue. Amico has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Galaxy through a share exchange transaction.

Tencent's QQ Games Platform is the most influential game platform in China. As of June 30, 2009, the QQ Games Platform had an average of approximately 6.2 million users on-line at any given time.
