Garneau Inc. Announces Transfer of Listing From TSX to NEX

NISKU, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 6, 2009) - Garneau Inc. (TSX:GAR) announces that it expects that at the close of markets on July 7, 2009, its common shares will be voluntarily delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange and at the open of markets on July 8, 2009 its common shares will be listed for trading on the NEX, a separate board of the TSX Venture Exchange.
