The Maple Creek/Potaro Project consists of an area encompassing 40,000 acres in total and includes historically productive alluvial diamond deposits and prospective gold bearing bedrock units. The Project also includes an existing mining camp and associated equipment. Alluvial gold and diamond production is currently underway on the Project. Bending, P.Geo is the President of Shoreham Resources and the Qualified Person with regard to the Project.

Exploration and development plans will advance both types of targets in the Project. A comprehensive exploration and development program including compilation and review of historic production, geological and geophysical data, and new programs of geochemical and geological exploration is planned for 2007. Historical work to date includes a comprehensive Ground Penetrating Radar ("GPR") study.

Existing exploration equipment on site at the Maple Creek/ Potaro Project includes: a 20 metre auger drill, bulldozers, excavators, front end loaders, trucks, sport utility vehicles, ATV vehicles, camp facilities and generators. Existing production equipment on site at the project includes: a complete DMS plant, crushers, conveyors, shake tables, scrubbers, vibrating screens, compressors, generators and associated electrical equipment.

Production and development plans include conducting an equipment review in the near term to assess equipment and personal needs for 2007, in conjunction with the planned exploration and development program. The current camp personnel and business office personnel in Guyana will be retained and current production efforts at the camp will be maintained or enhanced.

Blair Krueger, President and CEO of Garrison stated:

"We are very pleased to have an opportunity to option Shoreham's position on the Maple Creek Potaro Project in Guyana. We have an opportunity to enter into a relatively advanced play of placer diamond and in-situ gold exploration and production. We are inheriting a Property that has a historical production record and substantial additional potential and allows us to benefit from an existing exploration database which includes a comprehensive GPR study. As well, we will gain access to an existing and operating field camp on site as well as existing and operating business offices in Georgetown, the capital city of Guyana. This will allow Garrison to leverage its efforts as we will not be starting from scratch."
