George Jones Named Editor-in-Chief of Future US, Inc.'s Maximum PC Magazine

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - April 15, 2010) -  Future US, the special-interest media company, today announced it has selected George Jones as Editor-in-Chief of Maximum PC Magazine, one of the best-selling and most read sources of PC news, product reviews and how-to stories that every computer geek, PC gamer, or content creator craves.

A seasoned gaming and technology editor, Jones brings 15 years experience in the industry as Editorial Director, GamePro Media; online and print editor for Ziff Davis Media publications at, Computer Gaming World and; as well as his previous role as Editor-in-Chief of Maximum PC. In his career, Jones has contributed to hundreds of product reviews, PC-building stories, video game analysis and managed editorial design, staff and production.

Jones will lead the magazine beginning with the July 2010 issue that will hit the stands in mid-May. As Editor-in-Chief, Jones will oversee all creative aspects of the magazine, website and podcast, including editorial content, design and disc production.
