Meet "The Lovemaster." Every man wants to be him and every woman wants to have him. Yeah, baby, now you can hear comedian Craig Shoemaker's alter ego in action on his first major label CD, "The Lovemaster...Unzipped" (New Door/UMe), released November 6, 2007.

Recorded live at the Canyon Club in Agoura Hills, CA in May, "The Lovemaster...Unzipped" seamlessly blends riotous new material with Shoemaker's most popular routines, from his dead-on impersonations and characters, to a new full-length version of "The Lovemaster." The CD package also includes a code to gain access to a special Web site where fans may download exclusive clips from Shoemaker's live performance, which will be released in full on DVD in February 2008.

Shoemaker has been named "Comedian of the Year" at the American Comedy Awards, won two Emmy Awards, and performed at nearly every major comedy venue in the country. In 2007, he was voted one of the Top 20 stand-up specials on Comedy Central and his "Lovemaster" routine was voted Most Popular Comedy on XM Radio's Big Schtick Award.

Additionally, his nationally syndicated radio show, after only ten months on the air, won the prestigious Communicator Award "Crystal" prize. Both satellite radio stations play him non-stop and he is a regular guest on many other radio shows. He has appeared in over 100 television shows -- including ABC's "The View," Showtime's "Comedy All-Stars" and HBO's "Comic Relief," where he was asked to co-host in 2006 from New Orleans. He has also starred on stage in the one-man show "Who's Your Daddy?" and penned two well-regarded children's books, "What You Have Now... What Your Daddy Had Then" and "What You Have Now... What Your Mommy Had Then."

Shoemaker co-wrote and starred in "The Lovemaster," which won Best Film honors at the Independent Film Festival in Los Angeles and garnered rave reviews. His newest film, "Totally Baked: A Pot-u-mentary," which he wrote, produced and starred in, will be distributed worldwide in January 2008.

Shoemaker is also featured in the new films, "Dark Honeymoon" (opposite Daryl Hannah), "Tripping Forward," and "The Rub of Attraction." The latter which garnered Shoemaker "Best Supporting Actor" at the Elevate Film Festival which took place at The Kodak Theater in Los Angeles, CA.
