New survey shows that fractional renting is saving mondaytofriday lodgers more than two hours commuting each day and up to GBP500 per month

OXFORD, UNITED KINGDOM--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 16, 2007) - In a survey conducted with a cross-section of its client-base, online fractional rental specialist, reveals that over 50% of its clients save more than two hours commuting time each day, allowing them to spend more time with friends and pursuing hobbies.

The survey, conducted in December 2007 with a representative sample of clients, was conducted by telephone and email to establish why clients choose weekday renting and the benefits they've discovered. Overall, the survey found that the majority of mondaytofridayers used the service to save time (nearly 40%) or to save money (20%). For 20% it is a preferable alternative to staying in a hotel week after week whilst working away from home. discovered that:

- More than 52% save between one and 2 hours off their daily commute
- 28% save up to GBP250 per month on their commute costs and 12% save more than GBP250 each month - and that's before the inflation busting price rises we've just seen
- mondaytofridayers have a healthy outlook with 16% now cycling to work and 25% walking
- It's a very green alternative only 8% driving to work
- 8% have used the time they've gained to start new or pursue existing hobbies
- And 33% now spend more time with their friends.
