Global Development and Environmental Resources, Inc. Moves Its Head Office to Orange County

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 1, 2006 -- GDER (PINKSHEETS: GDVE) announced today that it has moved its head office to Orange County. The office will officially open on November 2, 2006. The current toll free number will not change and there will be a referral to the new local number on the old 702 telephone numbers. GDER will retain a field working office, as well as its storage facility for its technology inventory in Las Vegas, Nevada.
