Globalite Group, Inc. Announces Strategic Joint Venture With Armada Group, LLC

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - November 7, 2007) - Globalite Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GGRO) today announced a new strategic joint venture with the Freeport, New York-based Construction Development and Construction Management organization Armada Group, LLC (AG).

Under the terms of the two-year agreement, Armada Group, LLC will counsel, advise and direct Globalite Group, Inc. regarding the commercial, logistical and technical feasibility of various construction projects.

Founded in 1998 by Kevin and Lorraine Alexander, The Armada Group specializes in project management services to small businesses, non-profit organizations, government agencies and faith-based institutions.

Armada Group, LLC's projects include serving as Project Manager for the $90 million Strivers Gardens, LLC in New York, New York, Sponsor Coordinator for Harlem Week, Inc., one of the country's oldest and largest African-American celebrations, and project management services for Office of the Manhattan Borough President C. Virginia Fields.
