Golf Town Names Dan Craig as General Manager for Corporate Sales

New addition strengthens corporate sales and promotional business

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 23, 2010) - Golf Town – Canada's largest golf retailer – is pleased to announce that Dan Craig has been named to the position of General Manager for Corporate Sales effective March 8th, 2010. Craig will oversee Accolade Reaction Promotion Group (ARPG) and Golf Town Corporate Sales.

Using the strength of Golf Town's existing Corporate Sales division and ARPG's industry leading position as the nation's largest provider of promotional products, Craig will focus on satisfying the promotional needs of businesses, meeting planners, sales and marketing executives, and human resource professionals.

Craig comes to Golf Town from Cadbury where he held several progressive roles over his nine year tenure including Vice-President, Customer Business Development. While there he managed a national sales team – 150 employees with seven direct reports – that was rated the #1 wholesale sales team in Canada.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Manitoba, Craig joined Ralston Purina as a Sales Representative, Key Account Manager, Retail Field Manager and Team Leader for the Winnipeg and Calgary markets. He left Ralston to join Cadbury as Key Account Manager for the Western Region and was based in Calgary for several years where he progressed from Regional Manager, and National Customer Development Manager. He and his family relocated to Toronto in 2005 when he assumed the role of Director for Major Accounts before his promotion to VP in April of 2009.
