GotZapp™ Lets Users Create and Send Free Multimedia Messages to Mobile Phones

CINCINNATI--(Collegiate Presswire - April 16, 2007) - As college students everywhere returned from spring break, Trivantis Corporation®, a leading developer of publishing software, unveiled its latest creation: GotZapp. GotZapp is a new mobile social networking technology that lets users create and send fun combinations of text, photos and music to Web-enabled mobile phones in a single transmission called a "Zapp™."

Students everywhere can access the GotZapp mobile social network for free at www.gotzapp.com. There, they can build Zapps featuring their own photos, text and music. Users can also access pre-made Zapps featuring the latest movies, hottest musical artists and popular Hollywood icons.

"Today's average cell phone is a powerful device. Students, however, are not currently taking full advantage of the advanced wireless technology they already own - with GotZapp, now they can," said Tim Loudermilk, company founder and chief software architect. "GotZapp is a fun, free and easy-to-use Web site that will enable young adults to build and share fun multimedia messages over their
mobile phones."

GotZapp is the only technology that currently allows users to transmit multimedia pages in a single file from a PC to a Web-enabled mobile phone. GotZapp uses Java-based technology, which means that the vast majority of Web-enabled mobile phones and computers in use today are already equipped to handle receiving Zapps.

"GotZapp is perfect for college students and young adults, especially over the summer," said Loudermilk. "They can easily keep in touch with classmates and friends all summer long by sending Zapps with text, music, and pictures."

All Cingular and Sprint customers can access Zapps remotely from their Web-enabled mobile phones. T-Mobile customers can access Zapps remotely from their Web-enabled mobile phones if they subscribe to a data plan. Verizon customers and all other users can create, send and view Zapps from the GotZapp website at www.gotzapp.com. While GotZapp is free, standard carrier data fees apply. Individual users should check with their carrier to learn more about how to access the internet via their mobile phone and any applicable fees.
