Green Bridge Technologies International, Inc.'s Wholly Owned Subsidiary Implementing GPS Software Solution for Law Enforcement

LINDEN, MI--(Marketwire - April 13, 2010) -  Green Bridge Technologies International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRBT), is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Ecologix has sold its latest software solution to one of its long time hardware customers. The initial sale to the North Carolina Law Enforcement's agency consists of more than 80 units with the potential to add additional sales in the near future. The agency decided to purchase the company's latest software solution for a number of reasons including price and available features. The agency was one of the early users of the companies CT 1000 and took advantage of the advanced features and Ethernet capability on the device to have its officers connect to the internet and have access to proprietary law enforcement databases.

Ecologix continues to sell its software solution to both new and existing customers. In most cases customers that utilize the company's latest software solution gain additional features while reducing their monthly costs. The software generates a monthly residual income for the company.

As part of the sale, Ecologix has also added a new GPS device to the list of hardware that its software supports. Currently, Ecologix supports approximately 100 different GPS devices by different manufactures. Many software solutions only support a limited number of specific GPS devices. Ecologix's latest software will support any device made by any manufacturer, thus giving the company a major competitive edge and increasing the opportunities for sales revenues.

"We are excited to open this new revenue stream. Although the cost of GPS hardware has been decreasing, software costs have remained constant, leading to strong, long term revenue streams," stated Leonard Baxter, CEO and President of Green Bridge Technologies International, Inc. "We will continue to work to keep our software state-of-the-art and work with our installed base to see that they are getting the most out of their investment."

Recently the Company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Vapor Technologies, has successfully integrated its vortex muffler with an innovative resonator design to cancel a certain range of frequencies. This produces a compact, efficient package that produces a pleasing tone without the annoying drone typically associated with performance mufflers typically installed on high horsepower "muscle" car and diesel trucks. The test showed this proprietary technology produces lower back pressure, which aids in an overall increase of engine efficiency, performance and power output. The new muffler also has several beneficial features including great sound attenuation, compact size, and it is easy to manufacture.
