Green Energy Resources (GRGR) Opens London Office; Offers Shareholders 10% Stock Dividend

LONDON--(Marketwire - September 28, 2007) - Green Energy Resources (PINKSHEETS: GRGR) announced it has opened an office in London, England, effective October 1st. The office is located at Trafalgar Square on Northumberland St. The decision recognizes previous Letters of Intent, commitments and contracts announced over the last two years by Green Energy Resources that are nearing fruition as power plants are commissioned, beginning operations or nearing readiness. The address in London will be manned and facilitate expansion throughout Europe. Mr. Tom Snyder of Connecticut has been named to run the office.

Green Energy Resources, CEO, Joseph Murray has been in Europe over the last three weeks meeting with clients and potential new customers for woodchips and wood biomass. Green Energy Resources has strategically positioned itself to capture a targeted 80% of the US export market to Europe by 2011. Sales for the company over the last two years have been small, but reflect the difficulties of a new marketplace and industry that involves private business and government driven regulation and incentives. Green Energy Resources remains undeterred to meet anticipated demands for wood biomass by the European marketplace. The company has solid contracts for supply on its books.
