Green Globe International, Inc. Issues December 2008 Newsletter Reviewing Agreements With Green Hotel Certification, Sustainable Travel International and World Youth Student and Educational Travel Confederation

Stock Position Taken by World Travel and Tourism Council Is Also Highlighted

MURRIETA, CA--(Marketwire - December 1, 2008) - Green Globe International, Inc. (OTCBB: GGLB), the worldwide owner of the Green Globe brand, the premier international green brand for travel and tourism, today announced the release of the December 2008 edition of the company's investor newsletter, which reviews recent agreements with Green Hotel Certification, Sustainable Travel International and the World Youth Student and Educational Travel Confederation (WYSETC).

The newsletter, which also highlights the Green Globe International common stock position taken by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), has been added to the company's website at http://www.greenglobeint.com/articles/1, and a notice of the newsletter's release has been distributed to subscribers of the company's website-based mailing list.

Under Green Globe International's agreement with Green Hotel Certification, the two companies will work together to co-brand and sell dual certification to tourism properties, including hotels and resort destinations. The initial markets for the co-branding effort have been identified as North, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Europe. In exchange for the use of the Green Globe brand, Green Certifications will pay a licensing fee to Green Globe International for use of the brand equal to a percentage of gross revenues received by Green Certifications from its clients.

Another newsletter article reviews the company's agreement with Sustainable Travel International (STI), under which Green Globe International and STI will partner to deliver co-branded products and services to the global travel and tourism industry. Under a license agreement with Sustainable Travel International, Green Globe International will license certain STI properties for use as part of Green Globe programs. STI will be paid licensing fees from revenues generated by the use of its properties and services in Green Globe programs. STI may also partner with Green Globe International to license the Green Globe brand for its program participants. Included in the products expected to be delivered as a result of the agreement is a Green Globe branded carbon offset tool for travelers.

In his newsletter greeting to shareholders, Green Globe International CEO and Managing Director Steven R.
