Green Oasis Environmental Inc. Provides Shareholder Update

EDMONTON, AB--(Marketwire - February 2, 2010) - Green Oasis Environmental Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRNO), a Florida corporation which provides environmental remediation solutions to the billion dollar North American market for the cleaning and potential reuse of contaminated solids from slop oil, and separating oil from waste water, is pleased to provide an update to all current and future shareholders.

Since the announcement in July of 2009 on the change in the business focus of Green Oasis Environmental, Inc., the Company has been seeking out acquisitions that fit the overall model and direction of being a green company, becoming the single best option for slop oil recycling, and environmental remediation solutions; all while maintaining maximum profitability. Our first acquisition of Custom Carbon Processing Inc. (CCP) has been working hard in its research and development over the last 3 years. During this time, all of the funding has come internally from the founders of CCP, and through the sales of processed oil. To date CCP, which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Green Oasis, has sold close to $5,000,000 worth of oil. CCP has also reinvested all revenue proceeds into the further technological development of its process, so as to ensure that its slop oil process will have continued future success.

Although CCP has efficiently utilized its stationary processing equipment thus far, the Company plans to introduce its mobile processing technology in the upcoming months. "I am extremely excited to move into this next phase of our slop oil processing, as this will be a key factor in the rapid expansion of CCP. With multiple processing units in the marketplace that can be mobilized within hours, and be set up to readily process slop oil in the same amount of time, CCP can now go to the customer, and not have to wait for oil to come to our facility, or one of their tank farms. The result is saving money, energy, time, resource, and becomes a service that is not currently offered to the industry in this fashion," explained Matt Campbell, V.P. of Research and Development.

Recently the Company announced the acquisition of 2 salt water disposal facilities which are a perfect fit to the Company's operations, overall infrastructure, and opportunities, while adding an additional source of revenue. We will soon provide an independent report and overall analysis on the revenue potential and valuation of these 2 facilities alone, along with the overall revenue impact it will have on Green Oasis. The Company anticipates the capacity that these two facilities will have in terms of water disposal can be measured in millions of dollars, which can become a constant source of recurring yearly revenue. As stated in the last press release, the Company will also be able to store more barrels of slop oil at these facilities so that the mobile processing units will further add to the revenue potential of the core business of Green Oasis.

"Since the implementation of the new Board of Directors and change in the overall business focus and direction of Green Oasis Environmental, Inc., we have not stopped analyzing and reviewing acquisition candidates that will enhance shareholder's value in this Company," stated Peter Margiotta; President and CEO. "Our goal is to acquire facilities, technologies, and operations to increase our revenue source while maintaining and keeping overall dilution to a minimum. Not only are we looking to greatly expand Green Oasis throughout North America as a successful Company, but we also want to do this by being a fully reporting Company; thus ensuring that our filings are all up to date. This is of extreme importance to us and we will be making periodic announcements that will update shareholders on our continued efforts in achieving current PinkSheet status. We as a team are truly dedicated in building a Company that will be a leader in environmental solutions, a Company dedicated to finding new ways to recycle, and ultimately partnering industry with the environment," added Peter Margiotta.

Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. (GRNO) is dedicated to acquiring and providing access to world class technologies available today and has chosen to focus its efforts on seeking acquisitions of technology and/or operations concerning the remediation of slop oil, waste engine oil, and tank bottom oils. GRNO has every intention of becoming the single best option for reclaiming oil to pipeline specification from these waste products. Through the Company's state of the art technology, GRNO will be able to process these waste products at one of their facilities or at a customer's site by way of implementing its portable processing technology.
