Channel Partnership

Management anticipates increased sales and earnings commencing in fiscal
fourth quarter

Grey Horse Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GHC) ("Grey Horse Capital")
is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Equity Transfer
Services Inc., and CCNMatthews ("CCNM") today announced a strategic
channel partnership to identify business opportunities that leverage the
joint capabilities of both organizations.

The partnership allows Equity Transfer Services to package, market and
sell wire services as part of its suite of products and services to the
Canadian small to mid-market issuers. Management expects increased
revenues and earnings as a result of this partnership. The partnership
is part of Grey Horse Capital's objective to provide a bundle of
products and services to the issuers in North American markets, while
reducing overall costs and improving the quality of service to our
customer base.
