Grey Horse Capital Launches Equity Foreign Exchange Services Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 15, 2007) - Grey Horse Capital Corporation (TSX:GHC) - a growing Canadian financial services firm providing transfer agency and corporate trust services to public issuers in the North American capital markets - is pleased to launch Equity Foreign Exchange Services Inc. ("EFX"), which will offer competitive foreign exchange services.

EFX will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Grey Horse, and is an affiliate of Equity Transfer & Trust Company providing readily accessible and responsive foreign exchange services that are competitively priced.
