Grey Horse Capital Retires ROI Debenture

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - June 1, 2006) - Grey Horse Capital Corporation (TSX:GHC) ("Grey Horse Capital" or "the Corporation"), a financial services company headquartered in Canada, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Equity Transfer Services Inc. ("Equity Transfer"), has retired and fully reimbursed its Secured Debenture with ROI Innovation Fund Inc. ("ROI ").

Details of the transaction involve the repayment of the remaining principal amount of the debenture (in the amount of $2,250,000), together with an additional amount of $168,750, representing interest on the principal being repaid. The funds used for the transaction were taken from cash on hand.

Grey Horse Capital EVP and CFO Paul G. Smith stated, "The retirement and repayment of the ROI debenture is a key step in support of Equity Transfer's on-going application for a federal trust charter."
