Guildhall Announces New Additions to Management Team

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 11, 2009) - Guildhall Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:EDE), Operating as Edge Resources (the "Company"), is pleased to announce the addition of Hugh Loney as Vice President of Geology, Miles Johnson as Vice President of Operations, and Chris Hillebrand as Vice President, Land and Negotiations to its Management Team.

Hugh Loney has provided geological services to several small, mid-sized and large Exploration and Production companies. He earned his BSc. in Geology with a minor in Geography. His passion for prospecting has been focused on Western Canada, specifically central and southern Alberta. Mr. Loney has several years of experience with independent engineering valuation firms and at Canada's largest Edmonton Sands-focused firm to earn the reputation as a preeminent Edmonton Sands geological expert.

Miles Johnson brings a wealth of operational expertise to the Company. He has spent his entire career in the energy industry in the management of mining operations, project coordination and all aspects of facilities and pipeline construction. His in-depth knowledge of plant and field operations, originating at Shell's Rosevear sour gas plant, led him to start his own multi-service consulting company, where he has successfully consulted to Conoco Canada, Crew Energy, Provident Energy, Infiniti Resources, Argent Energy and Grantech International.

Christopher Hillebrand's experience negotiating for and with various companies has earned him a reputation as a successful and intuitive Landman. Mr. Hillebrand holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a PLM designation from the University of Calgary. He has worked as a Landman for Maxx Petroleum, Fletcher Challenge Petroleum and Petrorep Resources. Other positions include Consulting Negotiating Landman for Berkley Resources, Gulf Canada Resources and Dominion Exploration. Mr. Hillebrand later accepted the position of Team Lead, Central Alberta, Contracts and Negotiations with Calpine Resources/Viking Resources/Harvest Exploration Ltd.
