H3's President and CEO Dr. Benjamin Chavis Reports Sales Increases of Over 100% in Company's First HipHopSodaShop Unit in Tampa

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - December 31, 2007) - H3 Enterprises, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HTRE) has announced that its first HipHopSodaShop has already experienced a doubling of revenues following a tremendously successful Grand Opening on December 18, 2007 in Tampa, Florida. This morning from H3's corporate headquarters in New York City, President and CEO Dr. Benjamin Chavis confirmed that "During the first week of operations, our first HipHopSodaShop in Tampa did an outstanding business with sales leaping from on opening night of $3000 to over $6000/day as the first week concluded."

Leon Ellis, H3's Vice President and Chief of Operations, has been in Tampa during the initial week of business. Ellis, who has extensive experience in restaurant development and executive management, stated, "What is important in any new restaurant or online video gaming center, is that there is an initial steady flow of customers during the first weeks of operation. Not only have our sales and customer counts shown amazing first week growth, but also I have witnessed the enthusiasm and customer satisfaction on the faces of our patrons."

The HipHopSodaShop will celebrate its first New Year's Eve bash with some very special guest including Tampa's own Winky Wright, the former undisputed light middleweight world champion and a current middleweight contender, and Ivy from BET's College Hill Interns. Throughout the night the SodaShop will feature live performances by Universal Republic Artists Treal and Justice League's 2 Pistols, Acafool with his new hit single "One Day" and other surprise artists. The HipHopSodaShop comes complete with a healthy quick service menu, merchandising, a state of the art recording studio, 30 giant LCD screens, the latest Xbox 360 live video games, and a large area dedicated to competitive on-line video gaming. The first HipHopSodaShop is over 11,000 sq ft and is a modern day cultural arts center where many forms of Hip-Hop can be expressed by patrons and embraced by the community.

The venue, which is less than a mile from the University of South Florida, is located at 1241 East Fowler Avenue, Tampa, Florida. The 11,000-square-foot space has undergone renovations to become a full-service, conceptually-chic restaurant. It is equipped with a recording studio, multiple 4'x 5' video screens, tableside video-gaming apparatuses and a DJ/MC booth with surround sound.
