HE-5 Resources, Corp. Announces Plans to Construct Leaching Plant Near Overman Property in Nevada

Company Launches Initiative to Hire Team of Mining Engineers

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 16, 2008) - HE-5 Resources, Corp. (PINKSHEETS: HRRN) today announced that it is planning to construct a leaching plant in close proximity to its Overman Property in Nevada. The leaching plant will process the ore extracted from the Overman Property. The Company is currently evaluating three potential areas or private properties, one of which will be chosen as the site of the leaching plant. The potential sites are within five miles of the Overman Property.

HE-5 also announced that it has launched an initiative to hire a team of mining engineers. The engineers will be responsible for designing the leaching facility once Phase 2 of the Drilling Program at the Overman Property has been completed. Under the direction and oversight of Mr. Paul Pelke, Resident Geologist, this Phase will determine the southwest and northeast limits of mineralization and the lower limits of mineralization in the immediate area of the Overman pit floor. The primary objective is to upgrade the resource to measured status of over a few million tons.
