HERC Products Incorporated Announces Pipe Bursting Award for Irving, Texas

PORTSMOUTH, VA--(Marketwire - October 24, 2007) - HERC Products Incorporated (PINKSHEETS: HERC) announced today that the Company has been awarded a project for $376,844 by the City of Irving, Texas to replace sanitary sewer piping using HERC's proprietary pipe bursting process.

HERC Chairman and President S. Steven Carl states, "This job represents the first significant award for HERC in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We have bid projects to other cities in the metropolitan area and expect this award to be the first of many more in the future. We are targeting this market as one of our expansion areas and will be opening an office to support this growing business."

The job is scheduled to complete during the fourth quarter of 2007.
