HERC Products Incorporated Announces Pipe Bursting Award for Richland Hills, Texas

PORTSMOUTH, VA--(Marketwire - October 30, 2007) - HERC Products Incorporated (PINKSHEETS: HERC) announced today that the Company has been awarded a project for $460,954 by the City of Richland Hills, Texas to replace sanitary sewer piping using HERC's proprietary pipe bursting process. This brings the backlog total for the 4th quarter of 2007 for the DFW area to over $800,000.

The job is scheduled to complete during the fourth quarter of 2007.
