HROA Announces New Co-Chairs for European Chapter
Industry Experts Take Lead Positions for Two-Year Terms

LONDON--(Marketwire - November 17, 2009) - The HROA today announced the new chairs of the HROA
European Chapter. Tim Palmer from PA Consulting Group and Gary Madden from
Cadbury will assume the roles previously held by Guy-Joel de Lhoneux
(formerly of Unilever) and John Hindle, Accenture.
Madden has been working for Cadbury for 12 years. He has held various HR
roles including establishing and running Cadbury's UK HR Services
operation. He currently leads a global Program in which Cadbury will
implement NorthgateArinso's euHReka platform. The program started in
October 2007 and is expected to launch during the first quarter of 2010. By
the end of the programme, Cadbury employees in more than 60 countries will
be on a single, multi-language SAP HR with self service.
Palmer is a well respected influencer in the HR transformation industry,
supporting HR Directors as they manage their organisations. His expertise
includes shared service creation and optimisation, outsourcing and
strategic HR organisation design. He has worked with clients across
different sectors including consumer goods, banking, transport, pharma and
telecoms.
