HTC Purenergy Signs Project Licensing Agreement With Global Power Plant Constructor Doosan Babcock Energy

REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN--(Marketwire - April 28, 2008) - HTC Purenergy Inc. (TSX VENTURE:HTC) ("HTC") has signed a licensing agreement with Doosan Babcock Energy Ltd, for a project submission on a UK Government sponsored initiative to install and demonstrate a 300 MW Carbon Capture and Storage project integrated into a coal fired power plant.
