Hall of Fame Beverages Signs 'Blockbuster' Distribution Agreement

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - June 23, 2010) - Hall of Fame Beverages (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) is "thrilled" to announce that The Company has completed final negotiations for distribution with one of the most respected and accomplished national marketers of alcoholic and non-alcoholic related products in North America. The products to be placed in their distribution network include Atomic Dogg Super Soda and Grandmama's Sweet Southern Tea (in both the Traditional & Sugar Free format).

The agreement includes sales and marketing of all Hall of Fame products in all 50 states and Canada. HFBG's new partner will be receiving its initial installment of product from the production run that is scheduled to take place the week of June 28th. The follow up productions and shipments are currently being scheduled. The amount of product required to support a network of this magnitude will require multiple productions in multiple locations nationally.

CEO Larry Twombly says, "This is a landmark deal that a beverage company of any size would be extremely proud to secure. For Hall of Fame Beverages to enter into an agreement of this magnitude is not only explosive for the future growth and also the visibility of The Company. This is an opportunity to catapult The Company, products and revenues at a more accelerated rate than previously anticipated. We will release the name of the company when the final documents have been disseminated by all parties." Twombly added, "I can say at this point that HFBG's new partner has a broad reach of products to a multitude of national accounts such as, but not limited to, BJ's Wholesale, ABC Liquor, Sam's Club, among many others."

HFBG has taken on the expense of garnering Kosher Certification for all of its brands in an effort to ensure that the products reach a broader segment of the buying public.

The initial production of A.N.D. has been completed and shipped. The Company is proud to say that movement of the product has not only met expectations but exceeded expectations and a second and larger production is already scheduled for the first week of July. In addition we are in negotiations to secure the services of a production facility on the West Coast to complement the production facility we currently contract with on the East Coast.

Larry Twombly states, "There are an extremely limited number of Organically Certified production facilities in the Country. It is a huge statement about the future promise of the A.N.D. product line for such an exclusive group of Co-packers to accommodate our very specific special needs and production requirements."

As stated in a previous press release, the Shareholder's Conference Call with the CEO will be announced to the public no later than Friday, July 2, 2010. At that time the exact topics to be discussed will be outlined in detail. Included in the upcoming Press Release concerning the Conference Call will be details addressing the Company's Buyback Share Program which was announced in a previous statement to the shareholders.
