DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 31, 2006 -- Today, The Harbour Group, Inc. announced that it will roll out its Trendec division into an independent operating unit. Trendec has established itself as an industry and thought leader in the implementation of innovative strategies and solutions for school districts, universities, and government organizations. The Board of Directors has appointed Mark A. Hill as President of Trendec.

Trendec, with flagship customers that include top 10 school districts, large universities, local governments and major state agencies, has effectively executed on its strategy of bringing solutions and systems along with robust project management and closely aligned strategy to public sector organizations nationally. Trendec will initially organize around 4 centers of excellence; Portals and Content Management, State and Local Government Technologies and Solutions, Strategy, and ERP & Workforce Management Solutions and will provide a full range of technical, functional, and project management expertise.
